Fix /etc/init.d/pmie for Opensolaris: do not call is_chkconfig_all;
On Opensolaris, when /etc/init.d/pmie stop is called, pmie processes are
not killed. Kill them with pkill. Needs to be fixed properly.
Fix /etc/pcp.conf to make it possible for PCP_CC_PROG value to have spaces.
Add META.yml to .gitignore.
