The communication channel between pmproxy and pmcd needs to use
the BINARY flag to GetPDU, rather than the CLIENT flag, to avoid
the PDU size limits in that mode. This allows large instance
domain name requests (e.g. pminfo -f proc.psinfo.stime through a
proxy, where the target host has many processes) to work.
