PMDA binaries written to pmcd.conf are not PCP_DIR-prefixed.
Make it so, in the pmdaproc.sh script. Cleanup a pmsignal use here as well; INT and TERM are equivalent in all PCP code (the code audit from before pmsignal existed told me so).
