Remove message from libpcp_pmda about unknown PMID for v4 PMDAs.
If a client starts up and monitors a dynamic metric, whenever
that metric goes away (e.g. MMV, monitored process stops), pmcd
ends up with boatloads (potentially many thousands) of useless
log messages. These are now culled for v4 PMDAs.
