Get the Windows PMDA up and stumbing on Windows Server 2008.
Worst problem was an odd-sized allocation size causing realloc
call to fail (wierd, I know, but aligning resolves it), which
was fatal. Looks like theres several more issues too - the
per-device stats no longer function and several other metrics
seem to have become a bit disconnected - investigation into
those continues. On a happy note, the recently updated uname
metrics work fine and make the pcp(1) output spot on.
