In Solaris PMDAs, make zpool[.perdisk].state a string.
Remove zpool[.perdisk].state_aux.
Rename zpool[.perdisk].state_combined to .state_int
zpool[.perdisk].state_combined is now vs_aux << 8 | vs_state - the arguments
used to be the other way around.
