• A single 70K executable
• Supports both a Windows Service mode and console Foreground mode - auto detecting between the two modes without requiring any commandline options
• Port number, speed and other settings can all be configured from the telnet session
• Supports multiple simultaneous users (only one user can be connected to each serial port at a time)
• Telnet send break sequence sends a serial break

h1. Faults

The following are some known non-features, some of which may be addressed in future versions.

• No authentication
• Ports cannot be shared between two connections
• The connection is not binary clean - therefore xmodem file transfers will probably not work
