In order to provide feedback and reassure the end user that something is happening, it would be nice to have some feedback on the console window:

• should not happen when in service mode
• optional
  ** default settings
  ** type of feedback display
  ** change from menu
• Offer different type of feedback
  ** dots
  ** byte counters
  ** mirror the traffic
