Remove old, dead code

Add Day/Week/Month/Year selector. Clean up some small warnings

Encode the debug dump for safer and saner output

Add code to prune hosttypes based on number of members in the group

Make debug text a param, rename "test" again, start extracting hosttype functions

Remove the 'host' tree branch and rename the 'test' tree branch to a temp name

Make new tree the default

Change config tree to use a tree. Change path separator to a slash

Yank new code above old page logic, sort by sequence, simplify shown tree, remove some debug

First fully functional full tree system
